I stuck one on the Stanton after puncturing one of the heavily used Ardent Race. It worked in Gran Vertical but I don't really notice shit about tyres - they either work or they don't and I don't believe most people that can "feel" yada yada, I believe lab testing. Lots of people use them so that could be a good argument for their quality but lots of people eat McDonalds and thus prove that most humans are idiots.

For xc/bikepacking should I be looking any further than Mezcals? 29 x 2.2-2.3, folding, tubeless, black wall.
I've had Fast & Light 2.25 WTB Rangers in the past that I liked but Mezcals seem to get better reviews.
