I’ve emailed them to initiate a return. I’m not particularly pleased about having to pay for returns postage on a defective product so have asked for them to provide shipping.
Regardless of this, it’s clear their quality control is sub par and I wanted to share my experience to either hear what others experience has been like or to warn others against buy the product.

If it arrived today why wouldn’t you just give BLB the chance to warranty it in the first instance?
