I have and it was quick but I am a UK passport holder and used my passport photo that they already had. So not the same, I would do it all at the post office where you can ask questions.

Did all mine at the post office, they even took the pictures, really simple. Just the payment that hurt lol.
Ours have set times to do this as it takes a bit of time, might need to check your post office.

Anyone renewed diving license recently?
I am not a uk passport holder, nor have I used my passport for uk residency applications as also asked online, so will it easier to just go to the post offfice to do it?
