I can also recommend EarTrumpet alongside it to easily adjust audio outputs. It's off topic but i've also been using the following for a while and would recommend them too:
Fan Control V181 - Very easy to use customizable fan setup software (free)
PBOTuner2 - Undervolting software. It's been a revelation for my 5800X3D (free)
ExitLag - Gaming specific VPN, aims to reduce ping basically. I've been using it to play Throne and Liberty on Korean servers, and it aint skipped a beat (£5 pcm)(I'm sure they've been mentioned before, but just in case)

You can disable from the sounds menu too - right the speaker icon in the taskbar > Sounds.
If you regularly switch to and from headphones/speakers I'd highly recommend Soundswitch https://soundswitch.aaflalo.me/
I've got it hotkey'd to CTRL+ALT+ENTER for speakers and CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE for microphones.
