It's not often you see ex-professional footballers mentioning doping, never mind basically accusing teams of it:

Professional sports teams suspected of doping in an era when it couldn't be detected, who would've thought it? Luckily that couldn't happen these days as thanks to advances in nutrition and training methods the 'sportsmen' of today look like a totally different species to their predecessors.

Not exactly a secret, is it?
June’s doctor was tried for mass EPO program, found guilty, before subsequently getting off on appeal. Doubt Milan/Inter et al were far behind.

(Plus they were doing all sorts of stuff that was legal at the time, but isn’t now).
