Question for the group. I'm about to start gigging with a new project, I need fuzz bass for one tune and the other songs are electric guitar where necessary. I don't wanna carry a bass around, would an octave pedal do a similar job? And will that wreck a guitar amp?
I suddenly thought about the sound Gussie in Earth Tongue gets out of her Tokai Hummingbird, which is totally mind-blowing. I would be very happy with that!
