Only thing is that your pannier bosses are unlikely to be the same width apart as mine. Happy to knock you up a simple bracket if you take a measurement and maybe a fag packet drawing of what you were thinking. The inside/outside mounting thing has confused me.

I also need something like this and its annoying that nothing exists otp. I'm on the verge of just zip tying it in place and calling it good. @PhilDAS want to make a forum batch? :)

If you use a three piece bracket with long holes on the outer bits instead, it would be easily adjustable in width.
