There is a CK underwear shop on St Pancras concourse. Not very cheap and I don't know whether they do kids'. But I can't think of anywhere else even vaguely near.

Basically, it's all boutique and high end stuff in the immediate vicinity. It might be easier to swing by a place with a wider range of shops enroute to your destination, than to waste time trying to source something around Kings Cross.
