I didn't know who to use for online delivery tbh, I always just leave it way too late and then scramble around to find a decent butcher.
I think there's a good place on Chatsworth road who will do me a 5kg pork belly, going for a hybrid of the original hill & szrok recipe I've been using for years and the Kenji recipe. (Non - oil pouring Kenji recipe)

Intended to buy the pork belly for my annual Christmas porchetta this weekend and the price of meat appears to have gone mad.
Last year I cheated and bought a pre roll from h&s on Broadway market and this year they're charging the same price for the unprepped cut.
