I watched a couple of episodes of Brooklyn 99 this week just because I'm sick as a dog and Captain Raymond Holt always makes me laugh. His character may well just be a gay, Black Frasier but who wouldn't want to see that? And he was as brilliant a comic actor as Kelsey Grammar or anyone else.
Of course his other roles were great too.
