Depending on the year I think the stem is also different so it’s not as simple as a straight swap. I did it and felt the reach was very compromised, the S stem (flat bag stem) has more curvature so the flat bars are further away vs the riser bar stems which assume you have the handlebars tilted forward slightly, so are less curved.

Anyone swapped bars from the mid/hi bars to the flat bar. Assuming you will need to get a gear service to trim cables and cable routing? Any mechanic recommendations for this job? Ldn based
