I've been using fenwicks all purpose lube, works very well.
I also invested in a small Bosch builders blower to help dry the drive train and tubs after washing them post race or training.

Asda sell cans of compressed air for cleaning keyboards. About £3.

This is better, saved me a load of time and effort as well as extending the life of my drivetrain

Just wanted to say thank you for sharing this knowledge! Managed to track it down in an Asda superstore in the section where they keep the CD-Rs and USB keys.
