I use the one in the 1999(ish) Good Housekeeping Cookery Book. It's very similar to https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/uk/food/recipes/a561048/boeuf-bourguignon-561048/
The main difference is that recipe simmers on the hob while I put it in a low oven.
