Splitting might be a possibility.
If I did the key parts I would need buyers for is the frame, dynamo disc wheels and Ultegra hydraulic brakes (callipers and levers).
Frame: £675
Wheels including rotors, cassette and tyres: £400
Ultegra callipers & levers (ST8020/BR8070): £250
Canyon seatpost: £75
Ultegra FD8000/RD8000 mechs: £75
