Before breaking out the big guns. Unless you have an understanding other. Wait until you have the house to yourself and fill the bath with 100mm of HOT water with a shit load of bio washing powder/tabs/liquid in. Stand the wheel in it, turn it to keep the bead warm and wet, ooh Mrs. Get a stiff brush and work your way around the rim, on both sides for longer than you think. Then push on the bead with your thumbs, turning the wheel as you go for a couple of revolutions. Repeat and repeat again. Maybe repeat again. If that doesn’t work break out the big guns and say goodbye to the tyre.
