ebay "26 hope stans" not coming up with great options rn ("mint condition with just a couple of dents"), but if you had some budget you could be ready & watching...?

30t chainring - if you do have one of these @velosaurus for the m770's this would be very much apreciated
400mm in-line seat post - i actually found one long enough in my cupboard, a alpina, for fixie heritage
Disc rotors (180/160) - @Hulsroy and myself apparently has provided me with these
Hydraulic brakes (levers and callipers) - between @Tijmen , @Hulsroy, @Oddo i should have some brakes
Flat pedals - @atk very spikey dmr sounds perfect for the bike and will surely toughen up my shins
Saddle - @RonnieOatmilk that's super kind, thank you, a fabric scoop would be perfect

as for what i have left i actually have a nitto stem i for some reason never sold, and some black magic components worm bars, cables and tyres i forgot to put in the box to hulsroy originally, i might also still have a thomson seatpost clamp i scavanged a while back. i also think i have some oury grips
then there is chains and casettes, and sorry to say it, inner tubes, which is down the road.
