They are I imagine 98mm front and 115 rear, accepting hubs like BH Airlites and similar, which have thinner axels at 3/8" (roughly 9.5mm) vs 10mm Record ones.
Thanks - that sounds about right. I tried older hubs (like a Philips) and they were a good fit but didn't want to build a wheel out of it.
