Sorry I'm an idiot and I've got an iphone question that I hope the hove mind of LFGSS can help with.

I've got an old 2016 SE and it's dying on its ass. Battery life is now laughable as is the memory. If I buy a used 2022 SE, how easy is it to transfer everything over? Not just the apps, I want to transfer over all my Whatsap conversations etc too. Would they get lost?

I just did that, I put the new phone next to the old SE, and the new phone sucked everything out of the old SE and it's all good. Some sort of magic wifi trick, no need for icloud backup (I don't use icloud).
