The cycle clinic sell all the spare parts. Although can be out of stock. Its a good source of info and you can always email them to ask what parts you would need, as it would depend on what type of 10 speed shifters you have. Mercian have the 10 speed return spring in stock.

Planet x have the 9 speed return spring which I think is compatible (the same) with 10 speed and is only 99p.
