Robert Dineen's work is an asset for the world of cycling. Although he is not a cycling specialist he is an enthusiast, and every single sympathetic voice in the mainstream media is valuable.
'Sporting Ethics' or, as I say in my report, 'all the bad stuff' is a field that is expanding in proportion to the amount of money available, so now is an excellent time for investigation and analysis.
