That's a lot. 3 kW for 8 hours is 24 kWh. Multiply by 3 days and you're going to want 75 kWh or more in a battery. That's large EV battery territory and I don't think it'll be economic. Petrol gennie is the way to do this. Buy or hire a good quality silent one and it will be efficient and quiet, plus it'll have the power outlet you want. I'm not an expert on this but if you're actually going to be drawing 3 kW continuous, you probably want a generator rated at 4-5 kW continuous with 16A sockets.
