I reckon 54 would fit based on mine and my height (its actually a 51 and I'm 5 9). The built up photo shows plenty of steerer and the post is on the short side imo. I would only change to a 54 myself so I could slam the stem.
Edit: I do like small frames though, I think my legs are short.
