The big river was pretty close to not going, I’m glad we were riding as a trio rather than just me and Suzie. If it had been much higher it would have been a long climb back up the hill to look for a detour.
I was shitting myself going round the big rockfall, a strip of dirt about 20cm wide to squeeze around a massive boulder with a 20m+ drop off the side. Not the best time to have stupid wide bars but we got round and managed to avoid disaster.
Super glue - I think they wound in the outboard piston all the way so it popped out, not a big deal you just need to back it off and push it back in. They must have thought it was broken so instead tried to use glue to hold it in place. Not like they had my phone number and I was only 20 minutes away from the shop… anyway it’s all sorted now and after a day of riding I’d forgotten about all the stupid shit they did.
