I was talking to them regarding recovering stolen hire bikes for my work. I think their model has changed slightly since they started. They didn't have much success recovering stolen bikes from Facebook/eBay etc so I believe they now offer a GPS tracker service which includes recovery of stolen bikes. They won't just have a go at getting your bike back if it turns up online. They were really helpful and professional when I dealt with them but stolen bikes can move so quickly that they just didn't have a chance.
