Has happened to me, I would just give them a call and tell them exactly what has happened. Same situation has happened to me with an item 'delivered' with Royal Mail, I explained and they opened a case as not received whilst on the phone and was refunded a week or so after.
I can never find the 'call us button' on the website so go into the automated assistant chat box and type 'speak to an adviser' they'll call you.

Got some ballache where I ordered two identical items from two different sellers. One turned up and one didn't (and was marked as undelivered on ebay).
Turns out the one that turned up was actually the one that was marked as undelivered (the tracking number was wrong) and the one that is marked as delivered was, according to the tracking, delivered to a random house on the street a week ago.
I'll go and knock on some doors but does anyone know what the ebay position is on claiming not delivered a week after it claims it has been delivered (and tracking says it has been delivered but not to me)?
