They're a little heavier (due to being steel bead rather than folding), but ride feel isn't too dissimilar in 28 and 32 (ran both widths in folding and steel bead).
They're also a good bit cheaper.

Thanks, they seem to do both the amber and black wall versions in folding and steel bead, so I'm not sure that's the distinction between them. There also seems to be an "urban" version on sale in some places, but that may just be old stock.

Ok, if you can get black folding, go for them.

Edit: Panaracer website only shows black available in 2 wired versions.
