What's the go-to for super grippy 26" on-road tyres? 50mm ish wide.
Mainly interested in grip cos it's for carrying my kid to nursery.
Not at all bothered about weight or rolling resistance but I guess puncture protection would be a bonus.

I like Kojak slicks for 26ers on the road. Can't really comment on grip but if I was carrying kids I'd probably not be trying to rail corners so grip isn't much of a factor. Let some air out of whatever you end up with for bigger contact patch = cheap grip.
