I refuse to use Virgin Media again for this reason. The most galling was 4/5 years ago, no crazy inflation or energy prices or anything, they just upped the bill by about 15% to pay for line upgrades. If they want to upgrade their infrastructure that's on them, you can't just get your customers to pay more for it.
