My Tracer rear light has stopped charging, so I emailed their support team via the address at the bottom of this web page on Sunday evening. Had a response at 8 am on Monday morning, including the form that @C4r1s mentioned above, filled it out and got a form returned to include in the parcel, posted the light on Tuesday and was notified they'd received it yesterday. Not sure what's going to happen next, but have been impressed so far.

Anyone done repairs on their Exposure Trace lights? My button has gotten very flakey.
