I am happy to continue to pay for a year of access to the app.

While I have largely internalised what works for me (when I cook) it is still useful to upload certain meals, for example if eating out where I have less control of what I eat.

I have also just had a retest of my gut micro-biome to find out how the programme has improved it and expect a detailed report comparing my gut now with the start of the programme.

I am paying £139.96 for renewal every 4 months which imo is a bargain
