Nah you'd be way too hot. Zoa is more off the bike than on, or rolling v slow when it's fucking COLD.
If you've ready got the albion stuff but are looking for a jacket skinny (and scoot) are not wrong, another softshell would work, esp for commuting. Maap had some for £100 on sale, or you could go onto Sport Pursuit and see what rapha pro team winter jacket / training thingy permutation they have on sale

As a PTJ jacket fan for the same lazy reasons, I've replaced it with the Brevet Infinium Jersey. Insulation on the inside means you can go from no baselayer for warmer commutes all the way to deep winter base layer for minus temps. With the added bonus that if you get caught in a heavy shower it will keep you drier than the OG PTJ.
