Hmm, I don't see anything that indicates free roaming.

"Our O2 Travel Bolt On is the perfect way to stay connected if you're travelling outside of our Europe Zone.
It costs £6 a day in selected destinations outside Europe. And that gets you all the data you need, unlimited minutes to make and receive calls and unlimited texts to send each day within your travel destination and back to the UK. There's no upper usage limit on data, but data speeds might vary. These allowances won't affect your standard UK allowances. Voicemail (901) is included.
If you’re travelling within our Europe Zone, your allowances will work as they do in the UK. However, data usage within our Europe Zone is subject to a Roaming Limit. Find out more."

I have this "Travel Inclusive" add-on. When I signed up it gave me a selection of "Extras" and I chose that one for free (although they also get called Bolt-ons but this doesn't appear under my bolt-ons, unlike the EU one, but Extras so fuck knows):

hippy
Think I'm paying about £20 a month although I get double data (it's not unlimited but something pretty substantial like 500GB) or something because I'm also with Virgin. The roaming thing is some kind of free bolt-on (you can choose one I think).
Saying that I've never used it because I signed up just before Covid so can't say how it works in reality. I remember 3's roaming being massively variable so wouldn't be surprised if this was the same.
