Life’s too short to drink bad coffee (at the in-laws over Christmas).
And then there’s the issue that if you’re known as the family coffee person, you’re probably going to be given a load of coffee you don’t want (I am aware this makes me sound like an ungrateful brat). Still, always handy to keep in the cupboard for emergencies.

Bang on about it until they all realise that they either don't bother to buy anything coffee related for you or if they do, they always ask what you want first... #askmehowiknow

I'm drinking the result of this now and I'm not enjoying it! Such a dark roast and I don't have an espresso machine. Tried a couple V60s with milk and the results are really something I'd like to never drink again.
Anyone here enjoy dark roast shiny beans and want about 500g of this posted to them?

Surely at least an Aeropress + Porlex is minimum standard issue for visits to the in-laws'.
