Started at 109psi although my shock pump is just over 100psi now. Need a digital one really.

109psi sounds like a lot for those forks.
I've just fitted a set to my Solaris and the Rockshox app recommended something like 89psi with a 83kg rider weight.
I'm sure one of the reviews of them suggested running lower pressures than listed for them.
