An half-hearted bump for a reduction in price to £575 for the frame, fork and headset. If anyone wants the frameset, wheels (inc nearly new Vittoria Corsas), nearly new White Industries square taper chainset (170mm, 46t ring), Thomson elite seatpost, Campag super record brakes, Nitto quill stem adapter and a nice choice of stem (Thomson X2, Deda superzero, Easton ea70...) delivered to London for £825 then let me know. All the components are in very good/excellent condition, excluding the wheels - see comment below.
TWO THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: the original stops for internal brake cable have been removed at some point so the cable runs through the frame in a complete length of outer and second is that there are two cracks on the rear driveside hub shell. At some point the rear wheel will need a new hub. The wheels are round and true and braking surfaces are good.
I have worked out that this frame will take 650b wheels as well, which opens up a lot of options for modern tubeless rims and tyres. I work as a wheelbuilder and was contemplating building a set with silver Velocity a23 rims, silver Bitex RAF/RAR12 hubs and Sapim CX ray spokes with some nice 25mm tubeless tyres. Anyway, something to keep in mind.
At present I need the room and the funds.
