• Yes I did. You made the right decision - wait until you can focus on it! I didn’t realise (/ I don’t feel it was well explained, but that may have been my fault) that I would get the most out of it by logging all my food for those two weeks, and by doing experiments I didn’t have time/focus/energy for at that moment (eg eat nothing until 12 noon except one single [Y], so they can see how you respond to it). You input a lot of data and get nothing back for a long time.

    The blood sugar app is designed for diabetics, so the app itself gives very blunt / useless readings (they only need to know if their blood sugar is dangerously high or low I suppose). I assume that the monitor outputs much more specific data, that Zoe can then read, and see what blood sugar response you have to what food. I suspect there is a data output file you could get and do your own experiments - you can buy the blood sugar monitor direct from LibreLink. You wouldn’t get the blood fat results though which comes from a stool sample.
