Are you finding it good? I really wish I was, I still hate it though. The app is buggy, it doesn’t have half the food on it that I eat, the support is slow.
I find the diet advice in general to be almost no different from other diet advice I have had for years (eat variety, eat colourful food, don’t eat beige food, replace the unhealthy version with a healthy one - obvious stuff), although Zoe backs it up with excerpts from studies which are a bit helpful.
Overall I am sure I’d lose weight on it - I’ve lost a little bit - but that is the same with other diets - mainly eating consciously. If it means I don’t crash and burn then I will be pleased (although it is still overpriced for a crap app that treats you like an idiot).
I have cancelled my last two months of it, and sent them about 10 messages setting out what they need to improve and why, many of which have gone unanswered.
Overall my experience of it is sufficiently bad that I’ll also be deleting the Zoe covid app when my time is up on the Zoe diet app.
I’m really disappointed - I wanted it to be excellent and I just haven’t found it to be anything new or more likely to work.
Did you use the continuous glucose monitor? I never signed up for this due to other life stuff getting in the way and that was the bit that interested me the most.
^definitely oversimplified!
