Yeah these are good. That's a good price for it too.
Worth noting that 4k monitors cause scaling in OS/X - if you want a true Mac experience it has to be 5K (and the crazy price you pay for it)
You can use BetterDisplay to fix this.
4k at 24 inch is fine. 4k on larger monitors gives you a choice between scaling or having everything be too big.
