That’s great, ta. And it’s only costing you everything? A lighter touch than I expected but it’s all about the lovely lovely details.
I shall continue to idly draw on my floor plan while failing to set anything meaningful aside and live through your successes.

Yeah it’s not cheap - no extending either. It felt un-necessary as there’s only 3 of us and just make better sense of the space. As the house has been added onto over the years it’s a real mix of construction which also limited things as well as being in a conservation area.
After this we’ll have to move onto the garden…
