Also unfortunately the maxlight big glazed door at the back won’t be able to be full height apparently due to the construction of existing structure 😔

Throw more £££ at it! Nothing is impossible!

Do you have a settled set of before/after floor plans you can share?

This bit is the issue - a beam won’t fit up in there and across. Visually it will look better from the outside as this was a bit of a pinch point but will just mean we don’t get floor to ceiling like this.
