Mere possession of some those is 10 years in fed prison PER DOCUMENT.
He is lying when he says he declassified them, there are very strict rules to prevent exactly what he did.
The SCI docs, few if any of you can imagine how securely guarded these are. There are at least three layers of armed guards who check you thoroughly going in and out. You can only look at them in the secure space, while armed guards watch you. The docs never leave the room unless escorted to a briefing and then returned.
Trump had a record of trying to keep them while in office, in itself a criminal act. Some did go missing.
Docs with certain marks are controlled by the originating agency and cannot be declassified by the president. Period. Good example are human intelligence ie secret informant reports.
A lot of chatter right now about how Trump demanded to see these confidential informant reports and a few months later informants started disappearing or being killed.
Trump ratted them out for money.
Mohammed Bone Saw didn’t give Jared 2 billion for nothing.
Re the passports:
FBI took them because they found them stuffed in a desk drawer along with secret document, pens, scrap paper, assorted junk. They demonstrate the careless way Trump handled them. He lies when claims they were in a secure room. They were all over the place and not secure at all.

Agree with most of what you’ve said except
FBI took them because they found them stuffed in a desk drawer along with secret document, pens, scrap paper, assorted junk.
By all accounts thus far the FBI were neurosurgically precise in how they acted. I suspect trump was deemed a flight risk and the search warrant included them specifically, or else trump’s lawyers would be all over that.
About a year ago is when US media published the story about Russia paying blood money for US special service members in Syria etc. A good many of them and informants died in just a few weeks. If any of the files can be linked to that, the list of crimes becomes basically endless: accessory to murder, … murder of a federal employee discharging their commission, probably some attempted murders, acting as agent of foreign power engaged in hostilities against the US, spying for a foreign power engaged…, treason, accessory to destruction of US federal property, etc.
