They gave her a second chance too and she just doubled down.
I'd forgotten about her. They were about to give her her own starring spin off from The Mandalorian weren't they? All she had to do to make that sure that happened was not do tweet weird things (like almost every professional actor working for Disney, ever).
Then once warned by her employers, all she had to do was to not do anymore weird tweets. It's a really odd hill to die on in the face of such a massive payday / career boost.
