This was my plan and then to ride back to tMalaga closer to the coast or take a bus. I wanted to ride in warm weather this time and as I was wearing a down jacket while having my afternoon beer, the puddles were frozen until noon and it was snowing, I decided to head back to lower altitudes sooner. I just chose some hiking routes on OSM, there's lots of footpaths and such, the old right of ways. Along the coast I found some nice short trails right next to the sea but it wasn't continuous, just pieces here and there. And then I rode back inland on a dry riverbed to take the same trails towards Malaga again, as that's where I'd fly home from.
Bikepacking.com has the Altravesur and Sierra Nevada routes I followed.

BTW I did a trip to Spain too in the winter, rode some of the GR7Altravesur/Sierra Nevada bikepacking trail and some local hiking routes in a very leisurely fashion. Broke my phone after that so my only photos of that are the ones I posted on Instagram, like these.
And for the winter, the bike had 2.6" Maxxis Forekasters which were great, but again, no pictures left.
