Your bike looks very neat. I'm jealous you have a black SID fork on yours. :)
My Sherpa framebag is under construction and will have space for a bladder but I might need to do something like this too, depending on chosen water capacity and refilling options:
"Cages and bottles: A Salsa Nickless cage with hose clamps on the fork for an Elite bottle with a dust cap and a Drj0n Strapdeck under the downtube for a bigger Kleen Kanteen. The bottle on the fork was for drinking, Kleen Kanteen was for carrying water while it was being purified with tablets."
Any reason you went with those specific cages or is it just what you had available?
I'm probably going to get one of those Wolftooth slider things for my dropper post too, so I can just run my existing Revelate Viscacha bag without having to buy a dropper-specific bag or rack.

Now can you write one explaining how I should prepare my Sherpa for @skinny's mental ride? Given the stats I might be better off leaving the bike at home and just buying some more comfortable hiking boots! :D
