Most of those parts are now on this Pelago Stavanger, the new version of it. I like how it feels like a bigger bike, top tube 575 instead of 540 or whatever the Sibbo has. And the tyres are 700x50, the frame and steel fork would take even a bit wider, but the Columbus fork would get tight with anything bigger.
