I'm sure they are fine, but potentially inexperienced considering they are new. Very much a retail bike shop.

Stick with London cycle workshop, geared towards service rather then sales, they have always been my go to.

Cheers all. Went with London Cycle Workshop. They did a good job and was ready to be picked up in a few hours.
