Shanghai has turned some big exhibition halls into quarantine centres for asymptomatic patients. If you test positive you have to go there and stay until you have two negative PCR tests. 100s of camp beds in a giant hall. Very little running water. Not much actual testing going on. Photos/videos are absolutely horrific.
