I've not often seen otherwise-identical models offering both sizes. And I doubt you'd get 7x50s for the same price as otherwise identical (eg) 10x40s or similar. But I don't inhabit binocular websites much.
But yes, spend a bit more for the greatly increased user-friendliness.
Decent 7x50s will show you the rings of Saturn and the moons of Jupiter.
