Ouf, okay, fair play then, that’s quite impressive! Sorry to hear about the high rent but the occassional purge is probably for the best anyway. Must be my reasonable Berlin rent why I can’t convince myself to sell more of my stuff ;) jk. Shame about the Mecacycle but the parts weren’t that great anyway. But it would have been nice with a full Mavic Dakar I reckon. And I’ve been on here for a while, only recently signed up on PF...

@e54 sure for the rear, but the front is similar between road and track hub. I’m not very keen on selling these hubs since I need to figure out what I’d like to keep for my wheels first. Let’s talk in PM.
@Sig_Arlecchino you here ?! I know it doesn’t seems like I did some downsizing but trust me on that (or check the pictures). I used to have an online store for vintage bicycle parts but I quit last year so 80% of the parts in the pictures are gone, allowing me to pay my expensive rent in Paris. Sadly, I didn’t buy the MTB because someone offered more. Anyway I found myself a nice Mecacycle Turbo to restore.
@Tom13 yeah I know these kind of bikes can be fragile, especially when they have to bear the stress of cyclocross.
@Retro_Bastard right, the condition is amazing ! I think it’s from the early 90s given the serial. Mine was a custom order since it has the specific “Freuler” geometry on the head-tube. It was so that large frames could have a smaller main triangle for enhanced rigidity. I’ll be building it with Campagnolo Record from the era when I get my hands on it.
