One of my favourite bike is this amazing Alan bike which is supposed to be a Super Record Competition all original from the first owner (even though he did change the wheels and the front derailleur). I've already sourced and mounted a Super Record front derailleur, and replace the brake cables adequately. I still need to figure out what to use for the wheelset. I'm lurking a pair of Campagnolo Victory rims on low flange Record hubs. Or I could relaced a pair of Champion du Monde rims on high flange Record hubs. Anyway this thing is a beauty, I'm actually exposing it on the wall of my living room .
